A QRS Axis-Based Algorithm to Identify the Origin of Scar-Related Ventricular Tachycardia in an American Heart Association 17-Segment Model

Previously proposed algorithms to predict the ventricular tachycardia (VT) exit site have been based on diverse left ventricle (LV) models, but none of them identify the precise region of origin on electroanatomical mapping (EAM). Moreover, no ECG algorithm has been tested to predict the region of origin of scar-related VTs in non-ischemic patients.
