Does Mandibular Distraction Change the Laryngoscopy Grade in Infants with Robin Sequence?

To review a series of infants with Robin sequence (RS) who had mandibular distraction osteogenesis (MDO) in our institution and document changes in pre- and postoperative laryngoscopy grades.
