Florida Supreme Court issues order in Joe Redner's battle for homegrown marijuana

The Florida Supreme Court has refused to give emergency relief to Tampa strip clude owner Joseph Redner in his attempt to lift an appeals court order blocking him from growing his own medical marijuana to treat his late stage lung cancer.
