Propensity Score Analysis of Conditioning Intensity in Peripheral Blood Haploidentical Hematopoietic Cell Transplantation

• MAC regimens for Haplo-HCT with PTCy were associated with reduced relapse but increased NRM• There were no differences in OS or DFS between RIC and MAC Haplo-HCT patients• Rates of acute and chronic GvHD were not different between our RIC and MAC patients
