Oral lesions as presenting feature of childhood Sj ögren syndrome

We read the recent article Pediatric primary Sj ögren syndrome presenting with bilateral ranulas: A case report and systematic review of the literature [1] with great interest. This case prompted us to review two somewhat similar cases, which we present here to support the notion of oral lesions as presenting features of Sjögren syndrome in chi ldren.
