Whatever happened to the family doctor? Only half of us now see the same GP each time

ONE of the privileges of the very privileged is how often they can use the word "my". Ideally there is no provider of life's services for which they don't have a "my" - my solicitor, my architect, my physio, my banker, my psychotherapist, my chef, my personal shopper, my nutritionist, my personal trainer and, oh, most important of all, "my doctor".
