In Memoriam: Ralph Lazzara, MD

Ralph Lazzara passed away suddenly on January 16, 2018, after a period of declining health. He was preceded in death by his son Ralph and his wife Barbara. His two daughters, Melissa and Rosalie, and three grandchildren survive him.
