Methotrexate restores the function of peripheral blood Treg cells in psoriasis vulgaris via CD73/AMPK/mTOR pathway.

CONCLUSION: We speculate that MTX can restore the immunosuppressive function of Treg cells through upregulating CD73, activating AMPK, and inactivating the mTOR pathway.
