Teva, Endo reach settlement in pay-for-delay lawsuit

A trio of pharmaceutical companies, two with strong ties to the Philadelphia region, have tentatively agreed to pay nearly $271 million to resolve allegations they participated in a pay-for-delay deal concerning a prescription pain medicine.
