Excoecarins L and O from the mangrove plant Excoecaria agallocha L.

The structures and relative configurations of new compounds were established on the basis of HR-ESI-MS, 1D and 2D NMR experiments. Two new metabolites were tested for cytotoxicity against two human cancer cell lines (KB and LU-1), but both compounds did not show significant activity. Graphical abstract
