To continue meeting our customer needs by matching the strongest talents to respective positions, we continue to build the recruitment department with specialist expertise in recruitment, staffing and leadership.   Martin Lindgren, Recruitment Manager previously held a position as Business Development & Recruitment Manager, Nordics at Ashfield. Martin has 16 years of experience in Life Sciences, spending a number of years in staff management positions where recruitment and onboarding were a major part of his role. Martin is certified to evaluate candidates’ behaviours and drivers through internationally validated test tools (OPQ32r). Martin is passionate about finding the best candidate for each role.     Leila Söderström, Recruitment Consultant has extensive experience in the recruitment industry focusing on Life Sciences. She also has great experience from working in the pharma industry. In previous roles, Leila has worked with Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) personality tests.
