Kinking of Right Coronary Artery as a Complication in Pulmonary and Tricuspid Valve Replacement. J Invasive Cardiol. 2018 Mar;30(3):E25 Authors: Samara O, Davies S Abstract A 47-year-old patient with severe tricuspid and pulmonary regurgitation was electively admitted for surgical replacement of both valves. Post-op ECG changes suggested acute myocardial ischemia. Angiography revealed kinking in the distal RCA causing significant stenosis, which was treated by stenting.
