ConclusionsAmong opioid‐dependent people receiving extended‐release naltrexone treatment, better mental health, higher education, and lower recent drug use at baseline are associated with greater treatment duration; in turn, longer treatment duration is associated with lower relapse rates and improved outcomes generally.
