A case of prolonged hyperemesis resulting in hepatorenal failure, foetal distress and neonatal mortality.
We present a case of hyperemesis gravidarum, which continued until the third trimester and developed secondary hepatorenal failure, a water-electrolyte imbalance, intrauterine growth restriction, anhydramnios, foetal distress and neonatal mortality.
