We present clinical and histopathological features and grading of 25 cases of CD classified according to CDCN histological criteria and according to this clinical algorithm, along with outcomes. Here we provide a fine-resolution description of the histological features of CD. We review and discuss the current diagnostic algorithm, grading system, and recently recommended treatment options. ConclusionsSubstantial differences in cancer incidences were founded depending on occupation reflecting socioeconomic position, in the Korean working population. Cancer prevention policy should focus on addressing these socioeconomic inequalities.

ConclusionThe anticipated increase in the number of cancer patients in Ukraine clearly has knock-on effects on a healthcare system undergoing reforms. Tobacco control appears to be the only functioning aspect of cancer prevention in the country, and there is a need for a broader national cancer control plan. The continued monitoring and evaluation of implemented cancer control measures by the NCRU will help prioritize targets and allocate future resources to cancer services.

We describe the characteristics of first 50 patients with OSA and cancer of the register. Conclusions: In patients with two cancers, lung cancer is usually the second event, presumably due to comorbidity, survival and our unique population e.g. radical vs adjuvant or palliative intent. The commonest first cancers were breast and prostate. Prostate, bladder and colon cancer developed lung cancer earlier than breast cancer. These data help to inform which cancer types are likely to develop lung cancer and influence tumour surveillance strategies.
CONCLUSION: Second primary lung cancer occurs at a rate of 1.6 per cent per year following a diagnosis of laryngeal cancer, and this is associated in a statistically significant manner with supraglottic primary tumour. The recent National Lung Cancer Screening Trial suggests a survival advantage of 20 per cent at five years with annual screening using low-dose computed tomography scanning of the chest in a comparable cohort to ours.
