Perianesthesia Nurses Are My Second Family: A Qualitative Descriptive Study.

CONCLUSIONS: Results demonstrate the need to create and sustain consistently respectful perianesthesia work cultures. Research focusing on unit specific approaches to work distribution, communication, leadership, and technology use is needed.
