ConclusionsAvelumab demonstrated safety and clinical activity in patients with laryngeal RRP. CONCLUSION: Combining NBI with WLE increases the sensitivity of detection of laryngeal cancer and its precursor lesions. NBI is also useful in some benign lesions as well as in post-radiotherapy patients.
