Ashfield Meetings & Events continues to identify future leaders

After an extensive assessment day, Ashfield Meetings & Events welcomed six employees to the 2017 programme; Luke Thorogood, Hollie Seager, Alexandra Gee, Emma Willis, Zoe Dunn and Asia Mirza. Each will be given a personalised development plan which will act as the objectives to their Future Focus journey. The initiative was created to identify individuals with the potential to fill future, critical roles within Ashfield Meetings & Events and its growing sister brand, SPARK THINKING. The two-year programme has been designed to create an environment that allows the individuals on the programme to explore their own potential and explore development opportunities. The aims is to create well-rounded individuals with a wider understanding of the events sector, clients’ sectors and the wider Ashfield business. Penny Callaghan (Business Services & Operations Director) commented: “We were thrilled that so many of our employees choose to apply to be on the programme. The six new recruits really demonstrated our values and have an abundance of enthusiasm and commitment.
