Subject to the availability of funds, USDOL, Bureau of International Labor Affairs, will award a cooperative agreement for a technical assistance project to improve working conditions for foreign migrant workers in high-risk industries in Malaysia. Specifically, the project will focus on improved support and outreach to foreign migrant workers and to relevant advocacy and worker organizations to increase their ability to more effectively pursue improvements in working conditions.
