New Program Aims to Keep OB/GYNs in Rural America

Women in rural areas of the U.S. often have to travel 30, 60, 90 minutes or more in order to reach a facility with maternity services. A new residency program at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health seeks to address this issue by training obstetrician/gynecologists in rural areas - with the hope they will eventually work there.
