Unfortunately there are no medical schools in the UK who will accept someone who has been unsuccessful on another medicine course.
I don't know about Europe. Purely anecdotally, someone I knew at med school who was unsuccessful in final year (and who had already repeated a year earlier in the course), is now doing the St George's course based in Cyprus. She had to start again from first year even though she'd got to the end of the course at a UK university. And I believe she is paying very hefty fees. She was counted as graduate entry as, due to failing so late in the course, she was given a BSc in medical studies.
