A rare case of non-traumatic acute intraabdominal hemorrhage: ruptured superior mesenteric artery aneurysm.

Surgery or endovascular treatment options should not be delayed especially in pseudo-aneurysms. It is critical to include ruptured SMAA in differential diagnosis of intraabdominal bleeding.
