The effect of a holistic self-management plan on asthma control.
In conclusion, this exploratory study provided support for the effectiveness of holistic self-management in asthma control. Behavioral changes, as indicated by the development of self-efficacy and the reduction of hyperventilation, contributed to the effectiveness of the intervention.
