On physical examination, a well-defined 6 × 7 cm ulcerated and exudative tumor on left sole was observed. Skin examination showed no other significant findings. Laboratory tests and CT scan exhibit no abnormalities. Histopathology showed a subepidermal tumor with different growth patterns.
