Because of PRM's mandate to provide protection, assistance, and sustainable solutions for refugees and victims of conflict, PRM will consider funding only those projects that include a target beneficiary base of at least 50% refugees or IDPs. Proposals must focus on at least one of the following sectors: capacity building, livelihoods, or protection. All proposals must address how project activities and objectives will support the Regional Housing Program's (RHP) efforts. Proposals shall not exceed $200,000 in PRM-requested funding.
