The Substance Abuse and HIV Prevention Navigator Program for Racial/Ethnic Minorities Ages 13-24 Cooperative Agreement (Prevention Navigator)

Grants to provide services to those at highest risk for HIV and substance use disorders, especially racial/ethnic males ages 13-24 at risk for HIV/AIDS, including males who have sex with other males. The program will place a particular emphasis on those individuals who are not in stable housing in communities with high incidence and prevalence rates of substance misuse and HIV infection.
