CONCLUSION: The GÉMOQ's Registry added 12 cases (16 pregnancies) to the existing literature. AF during pregnancy is an arrhythmia that is mainly unprovoked, paroxysmal, and stable, with spontaneous cardioversion occurring usually within 24 hours.
