RoboSkeleton Brain-Machine Interface enables paraplegics to regain motor control
Eight chronic spinal cord injury (SCI) paraplegics were subjected to long-term training BMI neurorehabilitation paradigm to restore locomotion. The paradigm combined virtual reality training, visual-tactile feedback and walking with two EEG-controlled robotic actuators providing tactile feedback to subjects.
