The Pebble Meditation

This guided mindfulness meditation video uses four ordinary pebbles to represent flowers, mountains, water, and space, in order to use visualization mixed with breathing exercises. Very simple and soothing, and uplifting. Easy to practice. Based on the teachings of Buddhist master Thich Nhat Hanh, this meditation practice is suitable for all ages and levels of skill.
