Consistent with the Opening Doors national campaign directed by the U.S. Interagency Council on Homelessness (USICH), the purpose of these funds is to conduct programs to provide job training, counseling, placement, and related services to expedite the reintegration of homeless and incarcerated veterans (eligible veterans) into the labor force.
