Management of chylous fistulas, a rare complication after urologic surgery.
CONCLUSIONS: The use of octreotide appears to be an effective treatment in the management of chylous fistulae, and it is suggested by some authors as first-line treatment in the management of these, thus decreasing the complications that can appear due to chyle loss.
