Spot Matching of 2-DE Images Using Distance, Intensity, and Pattern Information

We describe a simple and accurate method which allows to automatically and accurately match spots in 2-DE images. The method consists of simultaneously exploiting the distance between the spots, their intensity, and the pattern formed by their spatial configuration.
