Iraq War Contractors: Chromium 6 Plaintiffs' Claim Should Be Dismissed

HOUSTON - The Iraq War contractors sued by a woman who alleges that her late husband and others were exposed to hexavalent chromium at an oil extraction site in Iraq filed a brief on Aug. 25 in which they argue that the plaintiffs are "impermissibly trying to salvage" their claim for intentional infliction of emotional distress (Mark McManaway, et al v. KBR Inc., et al., No. 10-1044, S.D. Texas).
