Gastro‐esophageal Reflux Disease after Per‐Oral Endoscopic Myotomy (POEM). Analysis of clinical, procedural and functional factors, associated with GERD and esophagitis
ConclusionsOur analysis shows that preoperative, perioperative or postoperative factors minimally correlate with GERD after POEM. Clinically relevant GERD was identified in less than 1/3 of patients, but all the patients were well controlled with medical therapy.
