Intervene: An Incentive-based Program to Increase Nurse Manager Self-care and Resiliency Following the Covid-19 Pandemic

This study aims to investigate the potential of technology-driven interventions in enhancing health behaviors and resilience among nursing management. Conducted in 2021 at a major urban hospital, the study engaged 32 nurse leaders, and found that time was a major barrier to participating and the intervention did not improve resiliency.
