Comparison of Early Post-operative Step and Stair Counts with the Direct Anterior Approach versus the Posterior Approach for Total Hip Arthroplasty

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the impact of direct anterior (DAA) or posterior (PA) approaches on step and stair counts after total hip arthroplasty (THA) using a remotely monitored mobile application with a smartwatch while controlling for baseline characteristics.
