Primary Typical Meningioma of the Sphenoid Sinus: A Case Report and Literature Review

AbstractPrimary cranial meningioma is extremely rare and only rarely described in clinical practice, as is primary sinus ectopic meningioma. We detailed the surgical management of a female patient, aged 83, who had a primary meningioma of the sphenoid sinus. This uncommon clinical entity was the subject of a study of the literature, and its prognosis was summarized.
