ConclusionRSL arthrodesis (using locked miniplates without distal scaphoid excision)  is a reliable surgical procedure to manage cases of radiocarpal OA after intra-articular malunion of distal radius fractures with good clinical and radiological outcomes.Level of evidenceLevel IV- therapeutic.
