Charge Carriers Localization Effect Revealed through Terahertz Spectroscopy of MXene: Ti3C2Tx (Small 16/2024)
Terahertz SpectroscopyIn article number2306200, Tao Zhao, Tianwu Wang, Guangyou Fang, and co-workers generated broadband terahertz pulses by dual-color laser-induced air plasma. Subsequently, the interaction between terahertz waves and MXene reveals the localized charge carrier effects caused by electron-phonon scattering. In the image, ‘e’ and ‘p’ represent electrons and phonons, respectively, while the dial indicates electrons (charge carriers) localized due to electron-phonon scattering.
