35 Validation of published radiomics model to determine if CT parameters predict Programmed Death Ligand 1 expression in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer
Immune checkpoint inhibitors have revolutionized the NSCLC treatment paradigm. PD-L1 expression by immunohistochemistry is a predictive biomarker but demonstrates spatiotemporal heterogeneity. CT radiomics, where extracted imaging features of the whole tumour, are modelled for predicting PD-L1 expression, may offer a non-invasive method to determine PD-L1 status. However, published models have not been reproduced in an external dataset and the underlying biological association with imaging features is unknown.
