164 Participant recollection of recent imaging is unreliable for determining eligibility for lung cancer screening

Targeted low-dose CT screening for lung cancer has been recommended for implementation in the UK and is already underway in England as Targeted Lung Health Checks (TLHCs). Individuals who have undergone thoracic CT imaging in the last 12 months, or are planned to in the next 3 months, are unlikely to benefit and should be deferred.
