Prolonged arthralgias in Whipple's disease - A common but often overlooked symptom of a rare disease

We report the case of a middle-aged man admitted for etiologic investigation of prolonged, migrating, and inflammatory arthralgias and subsequent development of gastrointestinal symptoms.
