A modified laparoscopic lateral suspension with mesh for apical and anterior pelvic organ prolapse: a retrospective cohort study

CONCLUSIONS: We found mLLSM to be a safe and effective treatment for patients suffering apical and anterior pelvic organ prolapse. We found mLLSM to result in excellent outcomes and fewer mesh complications, underscoring its potential as an alternative treatment option for the management of apical and anterior pelvic organ prolapse.PMID:38239581 | PMC:PMC10793146 | DOI:10.5114/wiitm.2023.133777
