Optimizing ZnO –Quantum Dot Interface with Thiol as Ligand Modification for High‐Performance Quantum Dot Light‐Emitting Diodes (Small 13/2024)

Quantum Dot Light-Emitting DiodesIn article number2307298, Xiao Wei Sun and co-workers improved quantum dot light-emitting diodes (QLEDs) by thiol ligands of ZnO. ZnO nanocrystals were modified to reduce electron excess without hindering charge injection. This modification strategy significantly enhanced QLED performance, achieving an external quantum efficiency of over 23% and a long lifetime of>120,000 hours.
