High-Dimensional Mass Cytometry Reveals Emphysema-associated Changes in the Pulmonary Immune System

CONCLUSION: Using single-cell CyTOF, we characterized the alterations of the immune cell signature in alveolar tissue from patients with COPD stage III/IV emphysema versus control lung tissue.
