CONCLUSIONS: This study described relevant aspects that physical therapist professionals should consider when providing TSHB-RMT treatment.IMPACT: TSHB-RMT requires discipline, perseverance, effort, and a commitment to the group. The physical therapist is perceived as the tool that facilitates adherence and participation.
