Key Clinical MessageSome cases of left ventricular pseudoaneurysms (LVPAs) are asymptomatic. While cardiac magnetic resonance imaging is important, a chest x-ray can easily be performed and is also crucial for the detection of LVPA during the first outpatient visit.
