Evaluation of a remote hybrid staffing model for investigational drug service pharmacists

CONCLUSION: The remote hybrid staffing model did not result in a meaningful change in the time from order placement to medication administration within the IDS pharmacy. Hybrid staffing also resulted in greater job satisfaction among IDS pharmacists.
