A case of primary pulmonary angiosarcoma arising from tuberculous scar with fatal capillary bleeding

Angiosarcoma metastasized to a skin scar of chest incision. Key Clinical MessageThe etiology of primary pulmonary angiosarcoma is still unknown. Here we report a case of primary pulmonary angiosarcoma originated from a tuberculous scar and presented as aggressive deterioration with uncontrolled bleeding from capillaries with angiodysplasia.
