Green Nails, Red Alert: An Unusual Exit site infection Presentation

We report a rare case of peritoneal dialysis (PD) exit site infection (ESI) accompanied by P. aeruginosa-associated green nail syndrome. The patient was treated with oral and topical antibiotics without the need for PD catheter removal.
